| Experience:
Jon has over thirty years experience in the natural gas industry. His
career began in the Gas Supply Department at Natural Gas Pipe Line Company
of America. After NGPL, Jon went to work for American Natural
Resources Corporation in positions of ever increasing responsibility
culminating in the position of Executive Vice President of ANR Production
Company. After leaving ANR, Jon went to work for the Pennzoil
Corporation as President of Pennzoil Gas Marketing Company.
For the past twelve years, in addition to the core business clients of
utility and end-user industrial clients, through Gas Supply Consulting,
Inc., Jon has worked with a broad range of clients including: natural gas
marketers; producers; power generators; natural gas transportation and
storage service providers; and customer groups on both a domestic and
international level.
A few of Jon's projects over the last twelve years have included the

Served as Expert Witness in both Regulatory and
Legal Proceedings;

Coordinated Natural Gas Supply Bid, Analysis and
Contract Negotiation of Natural Gas Related Contracts;

Represented Client Companies Internationally as
Lead Negotiator of Natural Gas Related Contracts;

Provided Consulting Services Leading to the
Creation of a Joint Venture Energy Marketing Company;

Provided Project Development Consulting Services
Leading to the Construction of a New Interstate Pipeline;

Served as Lead Negotiator Representing Client
Company in Identification and Acquisition of Natural Gas Producing
Properties;

Prepared Long Term Natural Gas Supply Plans for
filing with State Regulatory Commissions;

Provided Advisory Services to Client Companies in
Evaluation of Incentive Ratemaking Plan; and

Served as Technical Advisor to Utility Group as
to Pipeline and Gas Supply Matters.
