General Services:

  • Technical advisor and expert witness testimony in litigation and/or regulatory proceedings.

  • Serve as independent third party in preparing gas supply plans in support of regulatory filings and/or financing documents.

  • Provide independent third party oversight and/or review of natural gas sales.

  • Planning and strategy development.

Engineering Services:

  • Create and run steady state and/or transient flow simulation modeling of pipeline systems.

  • Preliminary design and estimating of natural gas pipeline, measurement and/or compression facilities.
