Industrial End-User Services

Services that we provide to our Industrial End-User Clients include the following:

  • Review of client's natural gas purchasing practices on an overall corporate level as well as on an individual facility level.

  • Natural Gas Supply Planning including designing the lowest cost supply and service portfolio while insuring that the client retains  reliable services and supplies.

  • Supply / service bid solicitation

  • Bypass Evaluation / Design

  • Utility distribution service negotiation, emphasizing that:

    • The client obtains service at the most favorable service class offered by the utility;

    • The client obtains service at market competitive prices consistent with the client's service alternatives;

    • The client maintains reliability of service consistent with its needs.

  • Long haul transportation and/or storage service negotiation, emphasizing that:

    • The portfolio of services obtained meets the requirements of the client;

    • The client obtains service at market competitive prices consistent with the client's service alternatives;

    • The client maintains reliability of service consistent with its needs.

  • Supply Contract Negotiation, emphasizing that:

    • The transaction reflects the client's supply objectives, i.e., keeping purchase requirements in line with the client's supply requirements;

    • The deal is delivered by the supplier;

    • The deal is backed by a financially viable supplier;

    • The deal is backed by a supplier that has a history of living up to its end of the transaction;

    • The contract protects the interest of the client, is fair to the client, and accurately reflects the negotiated transaction.

  • Designing fixed price, price cap, or collar transactions that meet the pricing objectives of the client.

    • We make sure that the client understands and is fully aware of the potential impact that any of these transactions can have on the client's operations under changing market conditions and/or changing plant operations;

    • Although prices are always subject to market conditions, our job is to be aware of the fair market price and insure that pricing received is fair and is within market expectations;

    • We work hard to make sure that the suppliers obligations are adequately reflected in the contract and are backed by a financially viable entity.
